nynx is a non-commercial suite of personal-productivity web apps (tasks, calendar and shared care plans, TV and film watchlists, recipes, fitness tracking, personal collections, and a presenter/teleprompter tool) for personal use and sharing among friends. The service is provided free of charge.

As this service is provided free of charge and does not involve consumer contracts, the operator is not obliged under § 36 VSBG to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not do so voluntarily. (The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

As a service provider, the operator is responsible for own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, the operator is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Upon notification of concrete infringements, the operator will remove the content without undue delay.

The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Upon becoming aware of legal infringements, such links will be removed without undue delay.
